The Gospel for ALL of life

Too often the good news of Jesus is just thought to be the beginning of the Christian life. As if you enter the kingdom of God through the door of the gospel and you leave that door behind. But it is not just the beginning but is in fact the very building of the Christian life. It continues to shape and mold the Christian. We never move beyond it… If we do… we simply don’t yet understand the weight and glory of it.

Here is Jackie Hill Perry giving a small spoken word piece about the time she came to the realization the gospel has power to keep Christians for their entire lives.
